How you do that shading?! Stunning!

Thanks! I make a layer using a color that I want to shade in (in this case, blue) and set it to multiply, then use the lasso tool to delete all the parts that would be touched by light (though I'm still trying to improve on that

) and then I use a blur tool to make it a little softer. c:
